The transistors are buffers so messing about there won't help.  You could...

Reduce or jumper the 24K at Gain 2, 3
Add a resistor in series with the diodes (1k2 to diodes junction) or remove them altogether.

I'd need to read up again on opamp gain.  Bit rusty

The Layout needs to be Fixed.
The link from Pin 2 to 2k7 (R5) on Layout should be from Pin 3.
Pin 2 actually goes To 2k6 (R6) so there can be some confusion!
