Simple offboard question

I've added this booster into a few friends blue boxes and it sounds killer. I'd like to make it into a free standing always on box with just a volume knob. Which lugs on the pot would I hook the volume and ground wire to? Thanks

Assuming following numbering convention

You connect the output wire from the vero to lug 3, connect ground from the sleeve of the jack to lug 1 and new output wire goes from lug 2 to tip of the output jack socket.
