Splitter Blend

I'm hoping someone would be willing to take the time to make a layout for either of these circuits:

I've seen a layout for the runoffgroove splitter blend but it was modified to only have one send/return.  I'm  hoping for a layout that includes two parallel paths.

I went over this once. It looks right to me. But it's gotten to the point where I focused on it for too long, and it all looks the same to me. You probably want another pair of eyes on it before building. Sorry for the standing resistors but oh well.
