Theres a expresspcb file in the page, I dont know if it would be usuable... I thought about trying this one myself, but there are some things I dont understand, when it s written 1/2 v and a symbol like earth.. What does it mean?

You would just connect all the "1/2V" connections together.  It's just another voltage reference.
