Stereo in/stereo out delay on vero?

so far Ive been unable to find a good stereo in/out delay pedal. My friend basically wants to replace his Line6 DL4 with something new. he splits a dry vocal into one delay input into an overdriven amplifier; and runs a wet vocal through a TC Helicon into the other delay input into the PA.

Any suggestions?

I'm not entirely sure how the DL4 works (inverted signal on the second output?)
