Stompbox books.

Hi,
Whats a good guitar pedal book to get - a bit of history,tech info,pictures,builders etc.

Ive seen books by Dave Hunter and Analog man on the internet-any good ?

I remember hiring this out from my local library around 10 years ago or so. I didn't really understand it then, but I believe it is reasonably revered!  
It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it!

Agree with Milkit, that the Craig Anderton book is excellent.  Quite dated now, quite a few hard to find components but it is written well.  My favourite in the book is The Spluffer, a split Buffer where Craig says "This ainta glamour project and it wont make your axe sound like flying saucers!!!".

Also contains  the schematic for the Tube sound fuzz (llama!).
