Suhr Minimix II (Line Mixer for FX Loop)

Since I'm going to buy an Eventide H9 very soon, I was looking for a good line mixer to keep the dry signal analog (H9 has no analog dry through) and I've found these schematics (complete and simplified version) on my PC.

Are any of you willing to make a layout? IIRC the schematic was verified and this boy seems to get a lot of praise around the usual guitar forums.
