Teisco Checkmate 10 solid state amp

Found the remains of a Teisco Checkmate 10 solid state amp that needs some love and then a new speaker and enclosure.







The original had a 6" speaker; I'm thinking of building an amp-head style enclosure.

I'm interested in helping trace this for a schematic and then getting help adding a grounded plug and eliminating the "death cap" (if such exists in this design) as referred to in the discussions above.
