The Great Destroyer

This is my 1st layout does anybody see any mistakes? made a few changes to the layout on the main page.
Also there is only 1 ic (16 pin) not 2 8 pin. i didnt have a 16 pin IC in my component library,



I have the trimmer (22k) as an external pot but i wasnt sure what to call it so i called it trim.
Are the 1UF the correct polarity as im a little unsure. all the unused inputs are grounded as i read here that with cmos ICs they should be.
