Tremolo and Tap Tempo kit

This is the tap tempo kit I have

It is my understanding that you can connect it to some of the delays (like the deep blue) but not to all of them. My question is: can I use it for a Tremolo or is it just for use with a 2399?

It is for PT2399 based pedals only - but not all of them - it depends on which of the ouput pins is used.
