Troubleshooting TS808 first build

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if you could give me any ideas on trouble shooting a TS808 vero build.
I'm getting sound through but it's doesn't really seem to add any overdrive. Volume pot also doesn't cut the volume very much, it almost works like a tone instead.
Any ideas?

If you can take some pics of the board that would probably help but it sounds like your pots are wired up incorrectly. I'd double check the offboard wiring and if you're still having issues take a few pics and post them here.

Thanks for the tips!
I went over the board again and noticed I'd solder a cap one hole short of where it should be. Vero is a lot different to soldering onto a PCB!
