Wampler Pinnacle build has no gain at all

Hi, I just finished a Wampler Pinnacle with the layout which can be found here. It seems to work, I get around the voltages at the drains but the pedal has no distortion at all. Its just clean, the gain knob does not do anything. I checked the voltages at the JFETs and the only one which is really bad is Q5 which should have -1,7V at the gate with all the knobs all the way up. In my build the gate from Q5 is always 0 V. I checked the board for shortcuts, but there arent any.

Ok, I tweaked a bit but I just cant get it to sound right. When I use the dirty channel of my amp I can hear a difference. There is certainly a Marshall type crunch going on when the pedal is engaged, but in the clean channel the difference is barely audible. And the gain control kinda works backwards. But its wired the right way, I checked about a 100 times. Goin crazy here
