My brother has a problem.
He wants to hook up from his tv RCA into his car amp that he uses to power his system. But the amp doesn't increase gain and his tv doesn't have a way to turn up the output.
What can I build that has stereo in/out RCA with a pot for increasing volume? Obviously powered as well. No led needed.
And if possible built using everything at RadioShack.
