Which kind of capacitor is this one?

Hi all,

Just wanted to know if anyone can tell me which kind of cap is this one:



I purchased a 100 units lot at 3 euro,  but I'm not really sure of which kind they are. They're 220nf, and are between 214 and 219 on my dmm, so very good tolerance.

If anybody can tell, please let me know.

Is it a metallised polypropylene? I've not really seen any like that.

Maybe, but seems a bit different to the ones you can find now.  

I've seen this ones in vintage effects like this:



(the four ones at the bottom)

But really don't knnow which kind of caps are.

After a long research:

"Metallized Polyester Film Box  NON encapsulated".

Don't ask me what means "non encapsulated" because i don't know in this case :P
