ZVex Fat Fuzz Factory - error in layout?

In the layout for the ZVex Fat Fuzz Factory (http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/zvex-fat-fuzz-factory.html) there is a comment on 13 April:

"There is a mistake on this layout. The 5.1K needs to be to the collector of Q3, not the base."

I compared with the original Fuzz Factory layout and this is indeed the case. Is this intentional or a mistake?
