Zombie Chorus ticking

So I built SabroTone's layout of the ZC, but it ticks. I tried TL062's AND 072's yet the damn thing kips ticking.

I built the entire thing to spec and even used original MN3007, I dont know what other info is required so any help would be appreciated

EDIT: I have to say I using a craptastic Dean Stackinabox headphone amp and I hear ticking, using my neighbours Fender practice amp I heard no ticking....any reason for that?

Sometimes the ticking is caused by the rate/speed wires passing too close to the board.  Try taking the pot out and run the pedal with the rate pot outside the box.  If the ticking disappears then you know you need to route those wires differently or shield them.
