Nice one Savvas! Looks like it should be fairly easy to add the low gain mod by putting that 1uf cap on a switch. Have to give this one a try.

I was noting the similarity between this circuit and the Wampler Pinnacle.  This has the clipping diodes for extra crunch and a Muff-style tone control.  There is a boost mode on the Pinnacle which involves switching the 10K source resistors to 1K in the mu amp stages, so you may wish to check that out.
