pt80 delay : pt2399 based delay with more headroom

Most pt2399 based delays like the deep blue delay and the rebote get  distorted at higher delay times. The pt80 uses a compressor expander chip to fix this issue.

It's definittely on the larger side but I figured I should post it anyway since I heard good things about this delay.

The compressor expander chip is a ne571/sa571.
