Hah I've got the MP20A datasheet clipped up on a magnet. It looks pretty cool :P

I got some OC45 recently. They were quite expensive, so I couldn't get that many. I only got 7 and they're all pretty low gain. Like 50-60 hfe and low leakage

I tried them in one of my fuzz faces with sockets and was kinda underwhelmed. I guessed the gain wasn't high enough. But actually I just needed to bias them hotter and they sounded great. The best sound kicked in around ~6.6v  ..at the doctors recommended 4.5v it sounded weak

I'm pretty pumped now, because these are cool sounding transistors! I think they will make one GREAT mk1.5
