I'm actually quite curious to see if this works well, a friend of mine asked for a noise gate and I was tossing up the MXR gate and a bootstrapped twin-T notch filter; this seems much less complex than the MXR and perhaps a better choice than the notch. I'll tackle this one later today (seeing as it's 12:46 here already...)
