It's in the contributions section oster as the green giant. It all started with my layout for the green giant and spiraled to the Germaniun Giant, and apparently I created something else from it and nasty had made a layout from my idea all posted in that thread.

There are many builds that are not plug and play. Most of the FET builds, as frank pointed out, require choosing the right FETs, not just insterting and adjusting a trimmer for bias.
