 I have 150 ac125s so I am good with whatever in small amounts. What kind if HFEs do you want, they tend to come between 100 - 200. I would want lower of the IT308Vs (for variety)

I can add to my previous offer to Bogey, too. Maybe some PT2399 with 5V regulators.
