Another question related to FETs:

I just did the matcher circuit:

So, here is my questions:

1) Can this circuit be used with MOSFETs? (example: 2n7000)?
2) What is the expected values in a J201? I just want to be sure the ones I got on eBay are not that bad, and I want to in the future measure the SMD ones.
