04/25/2016 - I confirmed the bit size is 5/64. Works for Both 22 and 24 gauge Tayda solid wire. A 1/16 inch bit works for 24 gauge solid wire.

I usually wire the dc jack's ground to the board and use the input jack's ring connection to ground both the enclosure and stomp switch through the board. No ground loop.

I'm now using Tayda 24 gauge solid hookup wire. I don't remember the size of the drill bit, it looks like it's probably 1/16 inch. It fits perfectly in the smaller hole in the corner of the Tayda vero boards. I use this same bit to drill the pilot holes in my enclosures.

22 gauge solid wire also fits through these drilled holes, but they are a bit of a squeeze.
