So I received another 100 smd J201s from Newark Electronics, they all read fairly consistant between 4.5v and 6.4v with a 22k drain resistor.

I ended up with another dozen or so biased in between 4.5v and 5.0v with the 22k drain resistor, none biased in with anything smaller.

Good news is it took about an hour to check another 120 SMDs.

Looks like I'm set for the '57 and Pinnacle, but not the '65 or Plexi.
