Verified. It does sound very much like the video you showed however your link isn't working but i managed to find it. If i add the link though mine doesn't seem to work. If anyone else cares to look at it you can find it by searching for "dean hazelwanter phase shifter". Not sure how useful this will be but it does do some right crazy shit which is fun.
