Powering pedalboard routing separately?

Hello all,
I am rebuilding my pedalboard and am determined to build as much on.my own as possible.
I just finished an 8X power supply and am Building all of my routing now.
What I need to know is if I power all of my a b boxes, in and out junction boxes and my effects loops with their own separate power supply from my effects pedals. Am I looking for trouble?

if I power them separately because no guitar signal is going with that power, it's just all switching, that it shouldn't create any ground Loops. Am I thinking in the right way?
