Velouria is indeed correct - I drew the 4u7 cap the wrong way around.  Weird thing is that the pedal still works and sounds good with it the wrong way around.  If you reverse it so that it's correct it's louder and brighter.  Funny thing is that I like the sound with it the wrong way too...
