Hi John!
Thanks for finding those mistakes!
I've added a 33K resistor at the input (sending the 1M to ground) and moved the 3.9K going to Bass 1.
I've updated it and it should be ok now.
At the end I've managed to move a couple of things around without changing the size of the board.
