could someone explain to me how to translate the perfboard a diagram on a verobaord or stripboard? This is to make the chasmreverb of deadastronaut

There is no general method for directly translating a layout from one type to another. The best way to do it is to start with a schematic and make a vero layout from that. If no schematic is available, then you can use the existing layout to generate a schematic.

Trying to make a vero layout from a perf, pcb or other kind of layout without referencing a schematic is just asking for trouble.
