18v - 9v Convertor

Hi,

I have searched here for a simple circuit that'll convert a series of 18v inputs to 9 volts. Any chance of a quick layout for this?

If you want to take 18V down to 9V just use a 9V regulator. That will give you a stable 9V output from an 18V supply

as Mark said, LM7809 should do the job
