Building a test box as a first build - need help

Hi all,
I've been lurking and learning for quite some time, and I am about to start building. Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to build some sort of test box, so that I have something to test the finished circuits on before I box 'em up. I looked at Mirosol's Test Box 2.0, but I wanted something a bit simpler for my first build. So I sat down at the table tonight with the kids' colored pencils and sketched out some ideas - and here's what I came up with:

The thought was to have a simple aluminum enclosure with a DPDT Toggle switch for effect on/off, LED and Millennium Bypass ('cause I have a bunch of them built - practicing with the new solder station). Eventually I think I will add an audio probe, but for now I just want something I can test a circuit with before I box it up.

Since I'm relatively new to circuit building, I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look and let me know if there are are any glaring errors.

Bump - anyone? Would really appreciate it if someone could give this a once-over.

A couple small notes

- connect the red wire of the battery clip to the switched lug of the DC jack. If you connect it directly to the "barrel" aka 9V+ lug on the DC jack, you will need to physically remove the battery every time you want to use the DC jack instead.

- use a stereo jack for the input, and connect the black wire from the battery clip to the ring of the input jack. This way the battery is disconnected if there is no cable plugged into the input jack. You could use a toggle switch to disconnect the battery if you prefer that

Travis, thanks for the response. I decided to wire the power to a 9V DC Jack, and I attached a battery clip to an extra DC Power plug I had laying around, so I can power the rig with a 9V rather than wall power (safety).

Other than that - everything looks okay?
