not sure what you're asking. it states in the notes that they are 3mm red LEDs. the only thing is the typo that it says "D2-D3" instead of "D2-D4."the fact that it's a type should be obvious. i correct the typo on the layout on the main page.

It's pretty straight forward looking at the board, just a typo, should be "D2-D4".

Sorry, I didn't see the D1. It faded into the background.  And with the typo below it looked like one of the 3 LEDs had been mislabeled.
