Cardinal Harmonic Tremolo with TAPLFO - verified

Here's a verified TAPLFO version of the cardinal tremolo.
I decided to split the tremolo and the LFO into separate boards.
With 5 pots and 3 switches + bypass swith it's not going to fit a 1590B anyway. :)

Definitly my favourite tremolo with sounds of the cardinal tremolo the awesome TAPLFO features :)
It's a bit picky about Vactrols. I could only get it to work with a VTL5C1 (tried VTL5C2 and 3)

I really love the TAPLFO. Great work by Electric Druid! But overall, the PIC chips have very limited uses..
Besides the TAPLFO, the guitar-MIDI and a couple of PIC-based tuners there is not much for the guitarplayer.

Still, a pre-programmed TAPLFO is almost as expensive as a PICKIT 2.. so I think it's worth it. :)

It's still more like a proof of concept though and uses expensive parts

But if you want to get your hand wet with the microcontrollers I recommend the chip that Harald is using in his tap-tempo circuits.
