Why not just build the Foxx Tone Machine or Way Huge Piercing Moose layouts? Both would nail that tone as the French Toast is a clone.

I hate to say it, but considering how cheap those fabtone boxes are, it might just be better to buy it. I've seen those on ebay for less than $10usd on occasion.
