Death By Audio Interstellar Overdriver Issues

Hello.  I recently built this pedal and I am getting no distortion and when I max the gain I get a crackle.

I only see 2 possible issue with this build:

1. any one have voltages i can check against what i have
&
2. I am using one of those dual gang pots with a 4th lug on the back.  I have never seen this type of pot before so it may be something or may not be anything.  I think the fourth lug is  called a loudness tap.

I swapped out transistors, so I am pretty sure are good.  Thanks for the help and I love this site, I built a few things and they have come out great .

I've built several DBA circuits and the only ones that could get to sound like the originasl were the Robot (which i'll probably never box) and the V1 Fuzz war. the interstellar overdriver that I built didn't work properly either so it's in my 'on hold' bin.

That actually pretty funny and good to hear (i think).  It be nice to get the voltages from someone who got it to actually work.

Hello.  Thank you in advance for the help!  I think if you can give me voltages for each transistor (CBE) hat be great HOPEFULLY from there i can figure it out.
