European seller colored enclosures?

Marbles
Hi there,

Since I have to wait for my Banzai order.. I thought I could spend my waiting time looking for other sellers :D

After the frustration of painting my own, I'm fine with paying 2 euro's more on an already finished enclosure.

I really like colors Banzai is selling, iti just takes a while for them to arrive. Does anyone know of other sellers? I know Newtone in Holland and Musikding in Germany, but their colors are.. a bit too basic. Not really flashy looking if you know what I mean. (For every plain orange one musikding offers, banzai has a copper-vintage-sparkle whatever version).

Anyone know a source?

This post was updated on .
bitsbox are a good company to deal with. some here, same basic colours as musikding (though notice some musikding colours are out of stock) and pretty sure they dispatch to holland.

it's a start anyway.

Haha thanks, I will ;)

Thanks for the link fellow european! I was just about to comment on that the price is a bit higher than Banzai, but then:

The price for a colored enclosure went up by almost 3(!!!!) euro within a week. In my order I have a price of 9.67, the same enclosure is now 12.40.. Guess I got lucky there. So they're about the same price now.

I'll consider bitsbox next time. Maybe just start using less fancy colours ;)

Farnell do many Hammond enclosures in most colours, not particularly cheap though.

Hello,
I tried once already a painted box in banzai or musikding I know more but I have been disappointed by the results of these 2 boxes once used my test bench.
For be it good i would take thermolaquage .......
I prefer to do everything myself this is what I 'uses

1 / I defats the box
2 / I pass a blow of sandpaper to improve the grip
3 / I move a product to keep the paint (I do not know how to say in English)
4 / the bomb paint
And if I do not use stickers I make drawings or that I'm writing with molodoi paint pens.
5 / The nail bomb

For me as his work very well and it's easy to paint bomb.

I don't know... Maybe my way isn't a good way in the long run.. I just got tired of the ' fingerprints, hairs, dust, mosquitos..' that I only wanted to spray the clearcoat myself. I print out a decal, give the decal 2-3 layers of clearcoat (so it doesn't wrinkle too much when applying, put it on the prepainted box, dry for a night and then put on a layer of 4 or 6 of clearcoat. I'm fairly happy with the results, so I'll probably stick to it. Need nice color boxes though haha.

Regarding the already painted box j 'avai found dull colors and overall look not great.
I don 'ssay that once in a supplier ..............
We must also say that I like to do everything myself and be able to produce gradients with paint or apply multiple colors ...... make drawings .....

Regarding the varnish I always flat to prevent drips if one has the too heavy hand.
It is true that one can have a bad result in the opening of stickers.
With experience I varnish layer on the sticker first, if its does not flake I glue on the box and makes the other layers.
