MXR Dyna Comp no sound

I decided to attempt to build an MXR Dyna Comp compressor as my first pedal and am having some difficulties.  Bypass mode works fine, but when the switch is on I get no sound from the pedal.  I haven't been able to measure the IC voltages yet but I can do it if needed.  I am totally new to this so I appreciate any help!

Could you possibly upload some bigger pics? Maybe it's me, but it's hard to zoom in on these ones (maybe it's my old age :D )

It;s hard to tell, but could you be missing the cut on the second row from the top? The one that's underneath the trimmer?

I know it doesn't look like it but the cut is there. The trimmer I had to use has the three pins in line even though it recommends the triangular pins. I am pretty sure I used it correctly! I'll try and post larger pictures.

Hi there, hard to see from the photos but check the link that goes to pin 6 of the ic, look like yours goes to pin 5. Cheers.....Michael

Well spotted! Judging the bottom of the board you're right, no soldering there clearly

Michael, yes, you are correct!  I'll try and repair it and let you know. Thank you!

Just fixed the incorrect jumper and wired the board back in.  Plugged in and played and I had a little bit of sound for a few seconds and then it went silent.
