ya this would be cool. I love phasers. I want to build this one. If someone does the layout ill definitely verify asap. I have been wanting to do this project since i started building over a year ago. Tonepad has been out of these for a long time. I ordered the 13600 not realizing that tonepad was still out. I checked 6 months ago and they didnt have any. They also have a really cool daughter board that would be a lot of fun. This is probably a mega build with 3 16pin chips but I know someone can do it.
