I'm finished with the layout. Is there any info about the transistors?. Found some gutshots and it looks like it's TO-92 case transistors so I guess they're NPN silicons.

I do believe that I used PN2222 (plastic version of 2N2222) and the voltages were pretty well spot on

.2N3903 might work well too. They're fairly low gain as well.
