Any thoughts on the best pedal for tweed tones - have built Les Lius and love that - and sounds really good with a solid state fender practice amp. Anyone with thoughts to share on the best build for warm tweedy tones. Wampler 57 maybe ?
Catalinbread Formula 5 is a very nice pedal. Very touch responsive and warm. Fairly small too. Not that keen on the 'more' mod but it's easily left out of you don't fancy it.
Thanks guys - looked at yids on you tube and they all sound great - cant narrow it down so prob need to build them all and have my very own 'tweed off'
Love the knob arrangement on that cranky atom. I ll be looking out for a vero of that.
