I'd put the tone stack directly after the 100n cap and then Tone 2 will go to Volume 3, Volume 2 to output, Volume 1 to ground.  The only thing is that the BM stack will attenuate the signal slightly and so you may need a recovery stage after it, as in the Big Muff.

Great! It certainly will be usefull since i have here there are guys with a lot of fuzzes to "cut trough" like me :)
