Nice stuff Tim. I always love the machined aluminum knobs. My girlfriend would go crazy for the vault boy and the decal work looks impeccable as always

Impressive work. We know where you were last days. Very nice.

I'm curious about the JCM 800. I've built a menatone King of the britain, if you know it can you compare to the JCM 800?

Thank you

Sorry I've never heard or played that pedal.

Is that in a 1590B??  How the **** did you squeeze that in there??  Good skills.

More luck than skills. The drill bit walked when drilling for the toggle, if that had happened with the stomp switch, I would have ended up posting in the "anti guts" folder.

The tips of the patch chords just barely touch the sides of the stomp switch, probably should swap out the input jack for a Neutrik.

It's actually a 125B

Twin peaks tremolo by David Rolo.

A friend of mine from Ottawa asked me to make something for his friend who plays bass. Supposed to be a Father's Day present (his daughter did the drawing) but stupid usps and Canada post were slow in delivering parts. Fingers crossed that it'll get there in time.

Wow, a lot of beauty again.

I also work a bit this week. There is a king of the britains, pinnacle, jcm800 preamp with mods advised by Sensei Tim, keeley comp with jangle mod, the great tonemender (I love that one), madbean wigl with an added blend board and a triton delay.

Thanks to Ivlark, Mirosol, Alex... for all this great layout.

Trom, I like the consistent faceplate styling on the 5 outer pedals, (the others look great too) but it gives your pedals a signature look. Nicely done.

Purchased the pcb thinking the ticking would be less noticeable than the vero, it wasn't. (Maybe because I didn't use right angle pots?)

I was able to resolve the ticking with a compromise as noted here.

(ran out of black knobs, need to add some graphics between the knob rows too)

TS9 with vintage jrc4558 chip. Does it sound any better than one with a new jrc4558?

"Of course it does, $75 better!" 😉

PT Juicer a.k.a Madbean Glam - If there is such a thing as a transparent Chorus, the Glam is it. You may not realize just how good this pedal is...until you turn it off!

Slightly modified to run the PT2399 at 5.7v and with an added speed switch.

This is my first attempt at creating artwork for a pedal, so go easy:) I used a transparency, per MAO's suggestion, and I think it turned out well. Ended up giving this as a gift to Greg Loiacono of Mother Hips fame. It's Mark's Fuzz Face design with the BMP tonestack and Russian NPN germs:

Curious, what effect does the increased voltage have on the pt2399 in the Glam?
C.Jones, Mother Hips are cool, I spent a decade in their old home town. Nice work dude!

Here's a FuzzHugger AB-Synth from the contributions sub.

in a repurposed enclosure for a pedal I abandoned last year...

Re: Show your pedal guts!

Tightens up the Chorus just a bit.

Apparently 5.7v reduces the delay down from 24ms closer to 18ms.

I also tried 6v and 6.7v but they seemed to darken the pedal somewhat.

5.7v seemed to be the sweet spot.

I'm building another Glam at the moment, so I'll be able to compare side by side to see if it's really that noticeable. But it only requires 3 additional parts, 1k resistor, 1n4001 and a LED.

From the GLAM post on the main site:
Sean Caskey25 March 2016 at 12:10
Found this info: Delay times for pt2399

with pin 6 grounded,
5V supply = 24ms
6V = 18ms
6.5V = 16.5ms
7V = 15ms
7.5V = 14ms
8.5V = dead chip
