Good catch on the Q1....I see now what you are saying...looks like I missed soldering the middle pin.

I will make sure to send you the pic of my meter.

I went back and checked all soldering points and added more solder to ensure they were good. Plugged in and nothing. I'm not sure where the problem lies. I did turn on my meter and turned it on the bottom 20k setting and checked each point on the board and got .01 on everything.....not really sure if I was doing things right...but I thought I would try...lol
