Black Arts Pharaoh. Artwork was from a Sleep tshirt I really wanted to buy but missed out on. Tony Iommi is the face of the Sphinx. It kinda looks like him... a little bit... or not.  Whatever I like it and it sounds awesome.

looks awesome. seriously you've got some great artistic talent, and a hell of a lot of patience. i swear if i tried to do something with even less detail then that i'd fuck it up in 2 seconds.

Thanks, it's definitely time consuming and the face took forever (it's about the size of a nickle). I still think if I had a decent printer and more area I could use to spray I would do them much differently. Awesome pedal too. Sounds great with a Doomidrive in front of it.

I wired it for Gain at max, and ended up putting a 10nF parallel to the input pulldown resistor to get rid of the horrid oscillation

M. Spencer - I really like your 8-bit style hand-painted writing, especially with the super fuzz (which is a cool color by the way, would be a perfect fit with my daphne-blue strat)!

And now ladies and gentleman: my first contribution to this thread - a EQD Bit Commander I built from Alex' layout in a 125B.

Inside is glorious spaghetti madness, knobs are a wild mix since I had to use pots with different shafts and the knobs I intended to use did not fit on all of them (but somehow I like it that way) and, most important: it works perfectly!!! Such a cool thing - I'm proud like hell!

What's better than one Klone?

Two Klones

In one box

Oh the humanity

Using one as a clean boost into the second which is overdriven sound better than you think ;)

Nice build Tim! The Klon gets a lot of hate but I use my Klone all the time and I love it

Maurice those all look great! If you're liking the Poindexter, check out the AceTone FM-2. The FM-2 has been my go-to fuzz since I got it. The mid-boosted setting easily stands out in a live mix. It delivers the buzzy, reedy qualities that our ears crave from a 60s fuzz in a manner that actually works extremely well in a live mix. Mine seems to add no audible noise when set at unity gain. I think if I used humbuckers it would probably be totally noiseless.

Another "themed" pedal for a buddy of mine

Plexi Drive with switchable NE555 9v/18v supply and 2P4T rotary "Bottom" switch.

Just need to figure out how to stop the pop when switching to 18vs...

(Tough to get a good pic with the glossy black, the Chinese symbols represent "Marshall")

Thanks Travis,

I really like it. I always have one with me anytime I'm playing, even if it's just for the buffer.

Two of my builds:

Death By Audio Reverberation Machine

Shin-ei FY2 (w/ scoop) + octave-up circuit (graphics done by my gf)

No gut shots unfortunately. Though, I can tell they aren't the tidiest (there is still room for improvement), but they aren't completely shabby either.

Awesome graphics. Is that first one a decal or printed?

Re: Show your pedal guts!

Thanks, I'm happy with the results too!
And the first one's a decal, I don't know how you'd go about printing on an enclosure, and it's probably a lot more expensive than a decal.

I still have a lot to learn though, or I want to at least: different methods on how to finish enclosures, and making PCB (as my gf and I are working on a little pedal "company").
But for now, everything works out just fine. :)

Fantastic build, love the graphics too.

The sagan delay. thanks to Chris Carter for this awesome design and also thanks to Alex for this insane layout. It sound awesome but it's a bit hard to set. I build it with the modulation board of the multiplex from 1776 and like it was too easy (lol) I add a bypass relay as this build really worth it.
The enclosure is not perfect but I was out of stock and I used an already used box. I try to reflow the old holes with epoxy and drill again but it's far from perfect.

Thanks! Lack of owning the right printer led me to develop a style. But I think you're right - having it make the right sound when you stomp the switch is just the best thing ever.

Travis, I will add the FM-2 to my hopelessly expanding build list, thanks for the tip. Though I haven't done the Foxx Tone Machine yet...
BassVD that Reverberation Machine looks amazing.
Trom, your Sagan build is giving me that old familiar itch...

Here's a '78 Op Amp muff with mini JFET blend and a mids flat-scoop-boost switch for my bass player. I asked him what color he wanted and he replied "Nuclear Winter"

Dude that OP amp muff looks sooooo sick!!! Nuclear winter fucking rules!

Did you run out of those metal can 741s or are you saving the stash?

The thing that I really like about the Foxx Tone Machine that I had was that you can roll the volume down on your guitar for an eerie clangy sound that was kinda evil and cool. It also sounds huge on bass
