Yardbox clone custom built for a friend. My layout is in the contributions section. I just noticed Mark had already drawn a layout for this but I guess the more the merrier

It sounds really good! Pretty much just a MKIII Bender but it's juicy

Me too! Those aren't low profile electros though. That's just the perspective of the photo.

I liked the Yardbox but it's gone so I made another but without the "gain" pot.

Nothing too special.Just thought I'd show off my demo tape fuzz(looking a bit battered because it's had quite a bit of use/abuse) it's become one of my favourites

It's got a bit of a wonky pot and some melted wiring but I'm happy with the result. Forgot to order black knobs for it....Tayda here I come.......AGAIN.

It's my nephew's birthday next week so what could be better than a fuzz(this is my 4th build and I thought I'd try textured spray paint.I like how it turned out and will definitely use it again).I feel like I improved quite a bit with this one.Only minor mistakes along the way and pretty neat wiring.

Modded Wampler black 65. I moved de boost switch to a stomp one. I used the old one to switch between normal boost volume, (a little higher), and one preset via inside trimmer, (so I can match the non boost volume).
Sober ghetto labeling, but hey... colorful inside...

Travis,that's a superclean build.
Your wiring skills are great. How do you get them so neat(patience and practise I guess)?
Been staring at this for about 20 mins.
AWESOME...

bogey man, it's all about taking your time and thinking through everything as you wire. the funny thing is we all have our own ways of doing it, shit Frank's is very unique and really neat. i think the way i do it is really odd too, but works for me. i wanted to make a turtorial for when i etch my enclosures, but think it might be good to do a start to finish tutorial like what's on the main page, and include the enclosure and etching. i wanted to do it this weekend, but i haven't had any time , and have to make time to get it done.

Travis - as you know, I'm a huge fan of your builds. But this one? it's nearly perfect.
I see only one thing wrong... The enclosure... It's upside down. The wording (China etc) should be at the top *insert extremely evil and and sarcastic smirk here*

LOL - I kid, I kid !

Once again, an outstanding job, well done sir!
Yeah, 220, 221. Whatever it takes.

Rocket.Personally I would love to see some tutorials on here(I know there are plenty on the web but I,m lazy and shit at surfing....usually end up somewhere I shouldn't be).
And Chris that upside down thing would keep me awake at night.
Extreme OCD..LOL

Bogey - lol thanks dude. I'm kinda bad at explaining, but basically first I figure out how I'm going to mount everything in the enclosure, then I cut each wire one at a time to fit how I want in the enclosure

Obviously there's a method to all the madness. After a lot of practice you can figure out what works well for you. It's all about planning, so that's where you can be creative

Chris - thanks bud, likewise I'm a big fan of your builds! You've got mad skills on graphics

John, batteryacid - beautiful work!
